My entry lock is no longer responding to the key fob. I've replaced the key fob battery. Still nothing. Most remote control locks have "receiver" batteries in the door unit, but I can't find those on this one. Any ideas? How is it powered if not by batteries? Alternatively, has anyone replaced it with another remote lock or keypad lock? Tri-Mark? Product #?

Additionally, now my deadbolt recently kicked the bucket as well. The key just spins in the cylinder. I had to climb in the bedroom window. I'm having a devil of a time finding a suitable replacement. No manufacturer identification on the lock. 4 1/2" setback. 2" throw. The door was manufactured by Napanee Window, now out of business. Has anyone found a replacement for the deadbolt?

Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear of your remote fob issue -- my own 2007 T40-C did not have that remote option, but the TriMark catalog I dd find my latches in does have the fobs shown starting on its page 100. Recognize anything?? The full catalog is too large to attach here -- maybe I can make an excerpt.
