There appears to be a soft area under the lower right radius of the bedroom window on the wall. I'm going to pull the valence off and see if the screws may need tightened on the top side of the trim ring. All research ends up leading to the window most likely having to be removed, inspected and reinstalled with new seals. With that said, I want to be sure to use the proper sealing product during reinstallation. I have Dicor butyl tape already, however I keep seeing a foam or rubber seal being referenced as a factory process. Also, the rubber seal between the frame and glass is coming loose also. Any ideas on what the best seals would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

We found a lot of issues with the frameless windows. A big one is that the driver side window’s leading edge catches air when traveling over 40 mph. Another is the seals don’t seal very well. I replaced our seals and that help for awhile but air leaked in again as the seal compressed. It got to the point that we replaced both windows with sliding windows. The new windows allow more air then the awning opening on the frameless ones.
