Hello all! Does anybody know what this relay controls in my 2019 5255? This is the culprit that keeps draining my house battery in about a week when the coach is not in use. This panel is located right behind the house battery under the slide. This relay continuously draws about .25 amps which eventually drains the battery. I've checked that everything is turned off in the coach and the main battery disconnect switch is off, and the relay still draws power. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Well I found the culprit. The relay supplies current to the slide-out mechanism. The problem is that it is connected to the emergency brake. When the emergency brake is engaged, the relay closes and supplies power to the slide-out. The only problem is that as long as the emergency brake is engaged, the relay receives power and after awhile it drains the battery. I understand the safety concept of this setup, but there should be a disconnect switch between the brake and the relay if you want to have the emergency brake engaged when the coach is parked. Terrible design...

If thats the only issue you have! Your one of the lucky ones.
The Omish community are hired to do many of the electrical tasks by the job as independent contractors. I himd it hard to believe some of the crappy workmanship that slides by the Gulfstream Quality Control Team, thats if Gulfstream has any. Remember its the Gulf Stream Management that is paid buybgetting the units out the door onto some sales lot.
I found them hard to deal with when issues of repairs were beyond the Sales site we purchased our unit from…

My starter battery drains if I leave it connected in storage after a few weeks. I haven’t found a big drain connection yet so I just disconnect the battery for 1 month or longer storage times.

Agree and suspect Parking brake supplies ground to that circuit relay coil, so issue is WHY is power supplied constantly and what should be turning it off?
