New to the forum. My wife and I recently bought a 2019 Ameri-lite 28 ft camper and have been doing a number of repairs and upgrades. We found the shower had some issues. I supported the pan with 3” schedule 40 pvc pipe stood on end as pillers to keep it from sagging or giving. I’ve found that the wall panels are on the outside of the pan instead of the inside lip. Needless to say before the support reinforcement water leaked onto the floor under the shower pan. I was planning on sealing it and running a trim with multiple layers of sealer.
Has anyone else run into this issue of the wall panels being on the wrong side of the pan? If so how did you deal with it?

We had the same problem. Tried the same thing you did, but motion from towing kept causing leaks in the seal against the wall.
Ended up replacing the wall boards with more appropriate wall surface that drains into the tub pan. No problems since this was done.
When taking done the original wall boards notice a label on the back of the tub indicating the wall boards needed to overlap the tub flange.

Thanks for the reply. I’ve been thinking that is what I’m going to have to do. That’s a project that will have to wait till probably next spring. I’m recovering from two broken ribs right now so getting into that at almost 70 is not happening soon. Appreciate your input.
