2020 189dd Kitchen Sink Faucet?

On my 2020 189dd is the kitchen sink faucet supposed to swivel? It seems to be stuck. My wife tried to move it and it really doesn't want to move. We really don't want to break it while we're on the road. TIA

I have a 2022 188dd. Same faucet. No, it doesn't swivel. I'm going to replace it with a Delta faucet that I got from the Habitat for Humanity ReStore.

Before it had a dual plastic sink
