Anyone have a good maintenance schedule?

We just got back from a Life on Wheels conference in Tucson and loved it. One of the recommendations is that we put together a comprehensive maintenance schedule for our RV. Something that combines the jacks, the generator, the engine, etc. Does anyone have one to share? Also, does anyone have a good checklist to use before you start out each morning? (Check the tire pressure, check the antenna, etc.)
