Bad O ring, now slow to start

Please help with advice. New to site, just bought a Gulf Stream class c. Turns out it had a bad O ring for the low pressure oil. That’s fixed now, but when starting it takes forever cranking before it starts. I’m not mechanical, but even my mechanic is stumped as to why it’s taking so long to crank before it starts. Just checking here to see if anyone has any ideas to help with this problem. I also have a check AC light on the dash. I’m assuming my ac needs to be recharged. Any thoughts.

Class C, what year, model, chassis, engine and fuel? "Oring for low pressure oil"? Something diesel related? and "check AC light on the dash" is something else I never heard of for gas, diesel or RV? I assume you are talking main engine problem and not a GEN engine start problem?

2008 Gulf Stream international endura. Diesel RV. Oring was off a low oil pressure part. I’m not super mechanical. The oring was fixed. I drove it today and it drove fine. Just take so long to turn over for the main engine.

I have limited diesel knowledge, but know slow crank from weak batteries or low charge makes diesel difficult to start. i.e. basically, provide fuel to diesel and spin it fast and it starts easy... then you shutoff fuel to kill a diesel.
