Bargman L-300 Door Lock Replacement for 1989 Sunsport

I understand that my 1989 Sunsport would have Bargman L-300 external door locks. Is there any replacements that look the same or, is it possible to change the lock barrel only?

Thanks Just two. Yes similar but cast aluminium. If possible I'd like to keep to original.

I did see some information that those locks were also used on Airstreams. There was a company several years ago that made repair parts.
