We bought our 2016 BT Cruiser 5210 last fall and it was in excellent condition. 4 hours on the generator /14k miles on the RV. The jackknife couch seats also looked to be in excellent condition. There was one area on the front of one of the seats that was worn where the front of the seat would rub on the table. It appeared that it would be an easy repair. We recently spent two weeks in the RV and the seats completely disintegrated simply sitting on them. You can see how the vinyl coating lifted off the seat cover material.
We got some seat covers from Amazon while we decide what to do permanently. The covers look great and are very inexpensive.
While I had the seat out I decided to put in a trap door to access the fresh water tank sensors and water lines.
