Can't locate water heater by-pass

Hi guys,

I have looked in all the bins and covers for the by-pass valve. I have not been able to locate it. I have de-wintherized (if that is a word) the rest of my RV. Can anyone tell me where to look.

Look under the kitchen sink, I think just above & to the right of your water filter cartridge. It's in (or should be) that general area anyway.
