Correct tire pressure for 5230

If you give details of 5thwh or motorhome, whatever it is, and tires, I can calculate a highest pressure, at wich comfort and gripp is still acceptable.
All depends on how acurate we can determine the axleloads, or better axle-end loads.

Need from vehicle those weighed loads, and howmany axles and if dualload axle.

In lack of that we will have to do with GAWR's and GVWR.

From tires

1. Maxload or loadindex, eventual single and dual.
2. Kind of tire to determine the reference-pressure.
Best pressure given behind AT on sidewall.
3. speedcode and/or ST. If you cant find it, I can work around it.

Googled 2005 bt 5230 an found its a motorhome.
Now the rest of data to be collected by you.

Is behind single or dualload axle ( 4 tires in the axle)

For future reference, here is a picture from my 2002 5230. Sticker located above and to the right of the slide.

Just got new tires. Is there a particular tire pressure for my 2005 bt 5230? Nothing showing on the door frame.
Tire pressure is determined by the tires themselves. Look at the tire sidewall and you will find it printed on it. My 2006 BT says 80 lbs. max.

Sorry SQ, but that is bad advice to use MAX COLD TIRE PRESSURE from sidewall. That same tire will fit a 24-ft and a 30-foot and difference is in final vehicle weight and the tire Pressure, which is normally on the DRIVER's door jamb label, If label missing, suspect wreck/ body damage history, maybe worth a vehicle history report by VIN?

But another 5230 owner should be able to give label data? Volunteers? I suspect around 65F and 70-75R?

Thanks for the correction. I’m a new owner for this type of motorhome so I guess I need to stay quite and learn more first.
