We have a 2007 Gulfstream,Endura 6340 had for several years
I cannot for the life of me, find a switch that turns on the heaters for freshwater, gray water, black water tanks.
It is supposed to be a four season coach. We would like to Take it out camping in the snow but I cannot find the heater switch.

Even the high end Tour Master diesel coach did not have direct electric heaters for the basement mounted tanks, the basement itself was "heated" by a pair of small duct hoses that diverted some of the space heat (gas furnace) for the living area. It is a four season coach if you use it full time, but if you store it, you winterize the plumbing.

There was an electric engine heater, but nothing on the tanks...

Are you sure it has heaters? Look under the black and gray tanks and see if there are rubber pads with wires attached. If not probably no heaters. If the tanks are enclosed in the belly of the rv, they may be heated by the furnace.

Check for Red heater switch located in bathroom if you have the heater mats for black and gray tanks. Fresh water tank should be located above the floor and you would leave the gas furnace on to keep the coach warm. That is how our 2022 BT 5230 is set up. I do not do cold weather camping and drain all tanks for our occasional temps below 32f.

I don't know about yours, but I have a 1997 Gulf Stream Friendship 102 Diesel pusher and my hot water has a switch just under the sink with a red light indicator. Also has a circuit braker in the fuse box as well. Hope this help.
