Folding Counter Top Extension

I would like to add a Folding Counter Top Extension at the end of my base cabinet. I have seen the ones at Camping World and such, but was wanting to find one with the similar counter top as I already have. The ones I have seen are all stained wood. Any suggestions on where to find this? Thank you in advance.

First off, what type of counter do you have? Pics would also help of where you want to put it.

Sorry about that. I used this pic in another thread about the switches. I would like the folding extension to go at the right end of the base cabinet.

I added one, I just went to big box Menards and ordered the size and finish I wanted, I think they called it 4 sides finished so all 4 sides have a finished edge
