For Sale Section

I have noticed that the For Sale Section is attracting persons that join as members only for the reason to "Post" in the For Sale section.

Many other forums the member must have a minimun of 25 post count to be able to view or post on that section.

The reason being that most scam artist will not hang around to post 25 times.

RV's cost so much money that they do attract scam artist trying different ways to get our money and RV's.

I don't know if that is possible here, but what does everyone think about such a rule that one has to have 25 posts to being to view/post on the For Sale section?

Individuals willing to scam someone will always exist, whether or not you impose a 25 post threshold prior to listing or looking at, the for sale forum.

However, that may be a good start. I would be for some form of active measures to reduce scams.

The 25 post requirement is what is done on many sites/forums. I first ran into it on some of the firearms forums that I frequent.

Like I stated the scam artists will not hang around to post for 25 times, they will move on to another site.

Seems we've been hit by a commercial sellor, phone001. I think it is, listed in Class A, Chit-Chat, For Sale, I for one wish there was a way to delete, get rid of this type of posting without having to open it up, is that possible? Thanks for all the work you guys (and GALS) do who admin this site.
