Just got a Gulf Stream Ultralite 30QBS. It is a 2007 model, but it is new to us. Have done tent camping for years, and now we are moving to the indoor camping option. Any and all advice is welcome!

Thanks,
Steve

Congrats on making this jump, Steve. Campers are awesome, aren't they? Hello to everyone from me too!

Welcome
Get a toolbox and stock it with tools for your rig. Ensure you have the right socket for each nut to include your jack
Also stock spare fused

So, I started out with a 25 foot Hornet Travel Trailer 22 years ago. About 5 years ago I bought a Bounder 30 foot motor home. This March 2018 I traded the Bounder in on my 2004 Gulf Stream 36 foot diesel pusher. This thing is a castle on wheels and is my home 5 days a week where I work in Central Florida. My home away from home. My family is on the East Coast of Florida and I go back there on weekends. I can't wait to travel cross country across the USA once I'm retired within the next few years. If you would have asked me about owning an RV 25 years ago, I would have laughed. Funny how life works out. Happy RVing and congratulations on moving up from a tent to a trailer.
