Has anyone used or heard of the GOLD PROGRAM? We just got a letter from the Gulfstreamers informing us of a program that Gulfstream has (Gulfstream Owner Loyalty Development) They are suppose to be assigning you a "personal service rep" as soon as you send in your owner's registration and answer a survey on your buying experience. They are suppose to enter your info into a data base and answer any questions you have. We did it and haven't heard a peep. :?:
