Hey all--it's just come to my attention that the black iron gas pipe on my 2016 Vista Cruiser 19ERD is routed so that it touches the head of one of the axle hanger bolts (pic attached).
I'm guessing my camper isn't the only one with this problem, so I'm curious as to whether anyone else has experienced this and what they did about it. It doesn't leak yet, but I can see the bolt head is wearing a tiny divot in the pipe.
I tried bending the pipe with a jack but that didn't have much of an effect. I'm also considering making a sleeve out of PVC pipe to protect the gas pipe. It would probably be possible to take apart the pipe assembly and install an elbow that would route the pipe over the bolt, but that seems like a can of worms I'd rather not open if I can avoid it.
Any help is much appreciated, thanks.
