I found an exact replacement wheel skirt at Tractor Supply.
2021 BT 5210. I had to paint it. It came in white.

I got a new fender skirt for my 2017 BT Cruiser from Gulf Stream Parts, but I had to go through a Gulf Stream dealer. Gulf Stream doesn't sell parts to individual owners.
