Hello everyone,
I’m the owner of motorhome Gulfstream Independence 8295 I currently based in Italy. Unfortunately, spare parts for the chassis on which the RV is built are not available in my country, so I must source them from the U.S.
I recently purchased a 130A alternator from RockAuto, but even after installation, the battery warning light on the dashboard continues to turn on. I'd like to point out that the original alternator lasted 14 years in my hands, plus an additional 5 years with the previous owner, while the new one seems to be malfunctioning right from the start.
Could someone please help me identify a compatible alternator for my vehicle, preferably with the highest amperage possible? This would greatly assist me in making the right purchase.
If you're also able to share a link to a trusted website that ships to Italy, I would be incredibly grateful.
