House Surround Sound System in 2006 Tourmaster

The in-dash radio uses the speakers that are the same for surround sound system. when ignition key is on it transferres speakers from dvd/surround to radio.

Sans a discussion on safety etc.... I want to play my XM through the surround system while going down the road.

Does anyone know the location, and have advice how to override that relay?

There is a swutch that overides the system to play the radio with the key off but I'm looking for the opposite.

I am a little confused, Is your XM radio the one in the dash?? :?: If so it should play thru the speakers as you described. Our satellite radio does.

I am buying a XM Portable and I want it along with music DVD's to play thru the surround sound system (its a Sony dvd/am/fm/cd unit)

I can also direct inject my Ipod up there as well and not lose the quality from using a fm transmitter.
