Importing trailer into Canada

Has anyone imported a used travel trailer into Canada (Ontario) from USA on a private purchase?

If so, what is the procedure and what are the costs?

Any other advice?

I bought an unassembled utility trailer at Harbor Freight for $259usd. I had to pay $200 at the border to the Registrar of Imported Vehicles (RIV) if I expected to licence it in Canada. Plus HST of course!
