Lose Mirrors

I have a 07 Friendship and the Drivers side Mirror Has Come Lose. Its the arm thats lose and it swings back and forth at will. Where the mirror assembly attatches to the coach there is a hex screw. I have taken this out but it has nothing to do with tightening the arm. There is also no access anywhere else.

Any suggestions

Same thing was happening to us. On our TM there is a cap (same color as the arm) on the arm. Remove it and you can tighten. Hope your's is the same. Charlie
