I own a 2005 Gulf Stream Freedom G7 ad the mirror boots are coming apart & the headlamp lens are crazed & fogged badly. My mirrors are mounted at the roof corners and drop down, like the European bus styles. I see these on buses all the time so I know they have to have replacements somewhere, I'm just not sure where I can find them.

Secondly, my headlamp lenses are in terrible shape. I did the refurbishment on them and it lasted about 6-8 months before they started getting dull and fogged again. Does anyone know of a replacement option? Surely Gulf Stream wasn't the ONLY bus to use these headlamps.

I don't know anything about your mirrors. I had problems with headlights getting fogging what I did was clean the lense real good with a lense clean that found at Walmart. After it was cleaned then I applied a couple of coats of wax. This work for about two years

I have the same coach. Your headlights source vehicle is a 1999 to early 2000’s Mercedes M series. ML320 or ML430. I intended to change mine until I found the price tag. I sanded mine with like 1500 grit paper and fogged on a light coat of clear lacquer. But about three years now. Not perfect but still not bad.

Steve,
The quick and easy way is to use Off Insects Repellent on your headlights.
Look up the process on line. I’ve done this method several times, on different vehicles. I’m very impressed with the outcome come.
