Motorhome newbie

Hi I recently bought a 2000 Gulfstream Ultra 27 ft. She’s an oldie but a goodie. This is the first motorhome that I have ever had and it’s quite an experience. I have to learn everything from scratch. I’m a 77 year young great grandma and I travel with my 2nd daughter as my co-pilot. We have only been on a few camping trips very close to home so I can get used to driving her and learning to trust her. There has been quite a bit of work to do on her but thankfully 9 percent has been just cosmetic. I’m looking for as much information I can glean from this group and maybe pass some information on to other newbies. Thanks for the add.

What a great adventure! If you have not yet check out Girl Camper. It’s a national organization for women campers. They have a website, Facebook groups and a podcast with lots of helpful information meet ups and more.
