I recently purchased a 2009 supernova 6341 on the international chassis, and it has been great over the 3 months I've owned it we have probably put on close to 4k miles but we have had a few issues. Right now the window in the cabover section has a slow leak, I think its the fiberglass trim piece that has radiating cracks around its entirety. When I reached out to a dealer they contacted gulfstream and that part is no longer manufactured and a body shop would be the best point of contact. I was hoping there was a fix that didnt require going to a shop, I prefer to work on my own stuff but my fiberglass skills are rusty at best, is there a way to pull up that trim piece and lay in a sealant and push the trim back into it to create a seal? I havent taken it off yet because its painted in and I dont want to repaint till I know whats underneath.

Hello, I have a Supernova 6400 with the skylight that was leaking. I was able to fix the issue from inside the motorhome. I pulled all the interior panels and insulation down/out exposing the fiberglass cap. Once I could see everything I was able to identify the leak point/s. Once I knew where the leak was coming from I was able to use a syringe and inject a slow setting resin into the cracks in the fiberglass fixing the problem.
