No water

I just got home with our 2004 6340 model. everything seemed to be working fine at the dealership, now I don't have any water . The fresh water tank is about half full. The switch lights up when turned on. Breaker did not trip & the fuse looks ok. I will check for power at the pump. What is my next step ? Thanks for any help or suggestions. Good day to you all !

Hello could you have a valve off? Possibly switching from city to tank water! Just a quick thought. Or a loose connection from your travels.

Hello Bike Dr. Thanks for you message, as it turns out. I got a new water pump & installed it. The old one was bad, in our Endura I have not found a valve to change from city water to fresh water tank. There is an anti drain back between the two from what the manual says. Thanks again !

Hello Your welcome! Sorry you mentioned the dealer and going over it so I assumed it was new and would not have thought the pump was bad. But in the past I have seen bad parts right out of the box..glad you found the problem.. happy camping and be safe..but you also mentioned it being an 04..

HWT filling can cause delay of several minutes? I say verify valves in proper position, turn on pump, and walk away for 5 minutes

Usually the "anti-drain back" is a plastic or brass check valve fitting at the WH tank outlet. This check valve eliminates need for one manual valve. Mine has the 2-way 3-port valve in the wet bay by pump with outside access, so the two position one lever handle takes care of bypass or not.

Yes sir! And as mentioned earlier that would be the same style valve that would change from city water to the tank water for use with well unfortunately Brad n edie have a bad pump. But is very fixable and back to planning more adventure's!!
