Onan 3600LP generator power problems

I have a 2008 GS Mini Vista Cruiser with an Onan Microquiet 3600LP generator

The generator runs but there is no power on the AC outlets.
Have reset the generator in-line breaker and all the breakers on the power-panel.
The RV has an automated-transfer switch and the generator was started while the AC-cord was plugged into shore-power.
The AC outlets have power when the AC-cord is plugged only into shore-power.

Please let me know if anyone else has seen this problem.

Probably your transfer switch. You can check your generator output with multimeter on the generator while running, if power there, check at your transfer switch input side, if power there and not on output side, the switch relays stuck or bad.

As others said, testing at ATS is best bet, easiest. If voltage/ frequency off, should also be evident at that test point to lead back to GEN issue. Have read of one that had loose wire at GEN Breaker, but it was causing shutdown, so ATS or simple loose wire connection issue most likely. UNPLUG and GEN OFF to remove covers and prepare testing and visually INSPECT.

Am trying to find out where I can check for voltage on the Onan generator.

Am also trying to find the ATS on my unit, and may be under the fridge and behind the patch-panel with no access.

On my generator near the breakers were wire contacts, I don't know on yours!
My ATS is mounted on the foot of bed next to the ac and dc breakers...check power there if easier than on gennie!

Update:

I removed the electrical patch panel to look for the ATS and had to disconnect the AC plug to barely be able to to see the Converter and what looks like the ATS behind. There is zero access unless I cutout the wood around the patch panel. After giving up on this approach, I re-connected the AC plug and put back the patch panel. I tested the Generator again and Voila! There is AC power again into the RV. I hope that it's because the ATS switch was temporarily stuck.
