Ramp Door Adjustment

I have a 2015 Track & Trail Toy Hauler, the ramp doesn't go all the way to the ground unless I put weight on it. Anyone know how to adjust this? There are no springs or cables that I can see.

The helper springs could be on the lower hinges, next why is that a problem? you will appreciate the springs to help lift the door back up. And your if your unit is new those springs will relax more in time! And depending on the angle opposed to how high off the ground your rig is may play a roll as to how much tension is on the springs.
