Has anyone ever had problems with a "beeping noise" coming from their refrigerator? I purchased my 189dd new in May of 2023. I have taken it back four times now, and they can not find anything wrong. What happens is the refrigerator "beeps" randomly. It happens mainly at night. When we camped two weeks ago I finally heard it and also saw the light saying to check it. It appears to be trying to switch from electric to gas, and beeps three times, clicks twice, and the stops. When I turn it off, and then back on it will be ok for several hours. It is plugged in, and the gas is on. Any ideas?

Thanks for any help you may have.

The only thing I can think of is that shore power may be dropping in and out triggering it to switch from electric to gas. I always ran my fridge on electric OR gas but not auto. This way I’d know which was causing the problem.

Mine does this too. It happens when shore power cuts on and off quickly and seems to get mixed up on whether or not it need to run on electric or gas. I generally have to shut it off totally to reset. It doesn't happen when on AC only, but the problem then is losing temperature if the power is off for a while. If I remember correctly, I had this alarm once when the DC current was very low from dead coach batteries. Good luck.
