Hi, I would like to know if I can walk on the roof of my VISTA CRUISER 19 ERD. Has anybody tried, what are the Manufacturer's recommendations?

I would take a couple 2ft by 2ft pieces of 1/2 inch plywood to support the added body weight in a larger foot print.

We've owned our 19ERD for four years and I climb up on the roof a couple of times a year to clean it and check the seals. It doesn't seem to have done any harm.

Just scary at times, especially as they grow older! Just two pieces of plywood as an insurance policy. That said! You got good insurance, “then never mind”
And go for it.i lean to the side of caution!

Vista Cruiser 19 ERD Roof panel

For those who are interested the panel is 1/4" ext. 1"5/8 compressed foam and 1/8" inner skin. 2" overall thickness.
