Hi azwiz, I'm using the Ready Brake system with reasonable success & relative ease of install.
Face plates & tow bars are an other issue (I'm not a happy camper). My install on a 2005 Ford Ranger has been a continuing saga! Do your research, and talk to the manufacturer, not the retailer is my advice.

Blue ox or roadmaster make tow bars more then adequate for a jeep wrangler and it's a simple install for the base plates. I tow a hummer h2 at times with a 10000lb rating and it works perfectly.. the brake system will be a choice based on the style you prefer. And want to spend of course.. good luck
