Trim replacement

Hi All, I lost a small (about 4 ln. square) trim piece to a tree branch on my last trip and I was wondering if anybody had an idea of where I can find a replacement. It seems like it was glued with double-stick tape to the upper left corner of my slide out. Thanks, Tom
