Hi All,

Newbie here. I have a BT Cruiser 5255 with a 40" Jensen TV. I want to plug in a Chromecast into this unit. But how do I get tv out too access back? I have pushed, pulled, and prayed, with no success. Being disabled, it is hard to stand while doing this. Can the mounting bracket extend to access the back? I don't want to exert too much effort and break something, lol.

Mine pulls out and swivels. You have to grab both sides of the TV about half way up and firmly yank it straight out and it should release (hopefully)… Good luck!

On my BT the TV was not mounted to a swivel like a lot of TV brackets. Mine only tilts up and down. Mine had to be lifted up and out of the wall bracket. The TV bracket kind of hooks in. The bracket is two pieces, and you will have to hold the TV while connecting wires. I rested mine on the ledge while I connected wires. I replaced my old TV with a Smart Fire TV. I removed the mechanism off the old TV and Transferred it to the new one and lifted it into the part on the cabinet. I bought the largest TV that would fit between the cabinet doors and clear when opening the doors. Good Luck!
