Two Rear Hubcaps Lost With Valve Stem Damage

Hello all
I had 2 rear hubcaps fall off or vandalized (rest stop) in VA on Us 81?
I have lost hubcaps before without ripping valve stems off. I’m at a loss on this problem. Free Service Tire near Bristol TN replaced all 4 tires on my Gulfstream BTouring Motorhome. Interior dualies were flat, outside ones were cracked.
Some damage to wheel well.

I would suspicion the tire shop did a poor job of re-installing the wheel simulators when they replaced your tires. Always check them after anyone messes with them.

We also lost 2. We were at a Buc-ee’s and noticed one missing from the front and the back on the other side. We had lost one after Ford service. I check them occasionally and have found them loose during a trip.

We are thinking of painting the steel wheels black.

Anyone know of a better hub cap or a different solution?

Found bolt on hub caps on Amazon for E350 16” wheels. Anyone have experience with these?

I bought these off of Ebay and can confirm they do fit tighter than the stock ones. Won't help if someone decides to help themself however.

Ok so I went the route of the bolt on caps. The 4 cost $250. They seem to be good quality. Heavier than the original and the one I replaced. The replacement cost me just under $100 a year ago.
Installation was very easy. They came with the installation tools, an Allen wrench and t-handle socket.
