Unused Rear Video Wire on 2018 BT Cruiser

Have a 2018 B Touring Cruiser with the off brand radio unit they put in these. As installed the back up camera works in reverse. In the back of the unit bundled up by the tow hitch there is an other wire labeled video with a barrel plug that does not go anywhere. Any ideas, I do need a full time rear camera.

Don’t know if you bought it new? I have a 2016 BT cruiser and the backup camera stopped working. I troubleshot the issue and determine the video (yellow) wire was open so I ran a new wire. Come to find out the original wire ended at the rear bumper and a short (6-8 foot) wire plugged into it which went up to the camera. All that to say I used the new wire and the original wire looks just like your in the picture. May someone did the same thing to yours?

Thanks for the input. I’m going to put a meter on that wire. That might be an original power wire for the camera.
