So far very disappointed with the quality. Bought the trailer new in February and have had problem after problem. At checkout noticed that the bed frame was cracked and several lights didn’t work. Picked it up 2 weeks later and went camping. Turned on the pump and water poured out under the shower…the pipes in the wall behind the shower weren’t connected properly. …back to the dealer. Waited weeks for warranty approval. Finally got the trailer back and took it camping again. Electric awning didn’t work. Worked with techs over the phone trying to fix it. Hours of work on my own and another warranty. Took several weeks again for warranty approval. Called Gulf Stream and the customer service rep was rude. She suggested that I shouldn’t complain about having to drive 60 miles one way to get it fixed. I pointed out that it is actually 240 miles and $20 in tolls each time since I have to return later to pick it up. This is now the third time at the dealer…the trailer spends so much time waiting on warranty approval and repairs that I’ve had almost no opportunity to use it.
