Not sure if I am describing correctly, but the welded metal which holds the plywood under the mattress are no longer welded to each other. We first noticed that there was a funny noise when we got into bed, and after happening for a while we lifted up the plywood and saw that the welds are no longer holding.
We are not large people (170 & 190), so don't know what is causing this.
We contacted a Gulf Stream service center and were told that our extended warranty would not apply, and because our unit is a 2002 (Sun Voyager Trio) that Gulf Stream would not repair it either (even though it is clearly a manufacturing defect).
Anyone else have this problem?
Thanks.
