Why are we getting posts that have nothing to do with owning a Gulfstream or camping? :?: :?: :?: We should have some sort of filter to keep these slease balls off our forum.

I am now your filter. Unfortunately, that one snuck in just after my bedtime. Shame... 6 members read it already by this morning before I could get rid of it.

Some of you are just too fast to me!

Thanks to RJ82 Much

Thank you for all the work of removing those bad posts. I know it must take quite a bit of your time to keep checking the new ones each day. And I am sure they will be time when one will show up before you can eliminate it. So my hat off to you and thanks for the good work.

Darby,

Thanks for the kudos...

Just so you know, I tried to research the origin this morning's poster... It seemed to be a Comcast email source, but that's as far as you can go unless a really serious federal crime is commited. (it wasn't)

When I delete the message, it's gone. I would have to save the message in order to take the time to "follow the money". Like all of you, I don't want that rubbish saved on my computer.

When I have time, I'll pick some to try to track down. For example, I've lodged a formal complaint against the user, KoldKadvr. The complaint is to the ISP that hosts his website. His messages still exist so that they can be used as evidence against him.

The porn & the pill ads have to be eliminated immediately however.

If anyone is more knowledgible (and wants to experience the excitement & challenge of porn-busting), contact me via PM.

Thanks for the committment Bob!...

It's easiest to just delete the spam and go on.

Dave.

P.S. Deleting the spam posts helps to recycle the electron particles that created them and thus re-introducing them back to the electromagnetic interplantetary atmosphere where they can be made available and re-used for more worthwile posts like.... this one........

I like your way of thinking!

Sorry,I didn't know. No one said anything and it just looked like all at once we see this junk  . Thanks for the info, if there is something we can do to help let us know.

No apology required. Your expression of concern was actually appreciated.

We want this site to be family-friendly (includes women & kids). We'll do what we can to try keeping it that way.

Bob,
It is good that the Adminstator has help from you to try to keep the site clean and a place that we can all recommend.

It is sad that the spammers think they have to hit our site, but as others have said it is probably best to just delete them along with the members ID. It is a task trying to keep up or ahead of them at times and I hope everyone will be patient.

As it has been mentioned before, do not click on their links they place in the posts and they will be deleted as soon as Bob or the Adminstator sees them.

Keep up the good work and let me know if there is anything I can do to help,
Ron
