Windshield wiper arm

My 1989 Sunsport has a 'helper' arm alongside the main wiper arm. It has a plastic coupler that fixes it to the front of the vehicle assumingly on a stud or bolt. The plastic has snapped. Are these original to the P30 van or are they a Gulfstream addition? Can I get them from anywhere?
