Hello there!
No worries winterizing your rv is not hard. First just turn off power to the water heater. Open all low point drains. Then go open All the faucets to allow as much water as you can to drain.
Then close the drains and faucets. At this point what I do is, and you can buy a similar kit..
I put 3 gallons of rv antifreeze in a 5 gal bucket then take a small pump the same style as your 12v water pump. Attach the output of the pump to your city water connection. Then the input line to the pump in the bucket. turn on the pump and let it build pressure. Then simply open each faucet until you see antifreeze. Making sure you hit all of your rv's options outside shower, washer and so on. Run each side meaning hot and cold. At this point even your tankless heater has antifreeze in it.
Then pour a little in each sink and shower trap. And a small amount in the toilet to keep the seal moist.
At this point you should have your rv safe for the winter.. Good luck I hope this helps a little!
