Default Gulf Stream needs a new lighter fuse

What is an instrument I can purchase and keep on hand to check/replace fuses in my 2004 Gulf Stream? I am needing a fuse *my guess for the cigarette lighter. I have several things I need to plug in but cant due to the lighter not working.

Just pull the fuse out and look at the fuse towards some light, if the fuse is bad you will see the filament broken.
But if you want and AC and DC tester, you can find them in any auto parts store.

You might consider purchasing and installing fuses that illuminate when blown, thus saving a lot of investigating.
